Public Urged To Take Part In Important Health Survey
Answer your phone during the months of September and October and you could be a part of New London County's first ever county-wide community health assessment.
The Center for Health Policy, Planning and Research, a Maine based research firm, will be contacting residents from every town in New London County to conduct the 1300 household telephone survey. The survey, a collaborative effort of 17 health & human service organizations in the county, has been designed to shed light on the priority health issues facing the residents of New London County.
A call from The Center for Health Policy, Planning and Research or a 207 area code displayed on Caller ID as "Maine Research" means your household has been randomly selected to participate in this important survey. Time required to participate in the survey is approximately 20 minutes. Multi-lingual interviewers are available if needed for non-English speaking participants. The survey is funded by the Community Health Access Management Program (CHAMP).
