District Re-Licensure - posted 12.04.06

District licenses for food service establishments, vendors/caterers, lodging establishments and public pools expire December 31, 2006 and must be renewed prior to January 1, 2007 in order for your establishment to be in compliance with the Public Health Code. Re-licensure packets have been mailed to all establishments in the District and include an application and information on applicable statutes, regulations and fees. If you have a question about licensing, please contact Steve Mansfield, Assistant Director, Environmental Health Services.

An important part of re-licensure for class III and IV food service establishments is verifying that you have a designated alternate on staff. The District's CAFE Program can help!
