Become More Active-You
can help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol by doing at least
30 minutes of physical activity every day. Feel free to join Ledge
Light's Sisters Together Walking Club. The group meets at the
Jennings School in New London at 7:00pm Tuesdays and 5:30pm on

Choose Good Nutrition-The
American Heart Association says a diet rich in vegetables, fruits,
whole-grain and high-fiber foods, fish, lean protein and fat-free or
