Become More Active-You can help lower your blood pressure and cholesterol by doing at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. Feel free to join Ledge Light's Sisters Together Walking Club. The group meets at the Jennings School in New London at 7:00pm Tuesdays and 5:30pm on Thursdays. For more information, contact Stephanye Clarke at (860) 448-4882 ext. 335.
