As it does every year, the flu will strike hundreds of thousands across the country. Approximately 36,000 Americans will actually die each year from the flu. The most important thing we can all do is get our flu shot, this and every year.

Clinics are first come, first serve. Flu shots are free for children 6 months through 18 years of age, $15 for 19 and older. Limited doses of Flu Mist are available through the Connecticut Vaccine Program for healthy children ages 2-18 with no chronic illnesses or asthma. We accept Medicare Part B, Anthem Blue Cross and ConnectiCare.
Flu Prevention
In addition to getting vaccinated against the flu, it is important that we all take simple prevention measures to stop the spread of these and other diseases. Wash your hands, sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve instead of your hands, keep your hands away from your face and STAY HOME WHEN YOU ARE SICK!
