Avon Heights Mushrooms, Inc. Recalls Fresh Spinach Due to Possible Salmonella Contamination- posted 12.28.11
Avon Heights Mushrooms is recalling certain packages of fresh packaged spinach. The brands include Krisp Pak 1 Ooz bags, Better Brand 10oz.bags, and Avon Heights 4-2.51b bags.
The implicated packages have a "best if used by" code of DEC16 and codes DP 340 and T691.

King & Prince Seafood Corp. of Brunswick, GA, is recalling Nova Style Cold Smoked Salmon and Sable Fish Lox, Salmon Sushi Fillets, and Salmon Trim because the products have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems, according to the FDA.

Andrew Williamson Fresh Produce Recalls Organic Grape Tomatoes Due to Possible Salmonella Contamination- posted 9.30.11
Andrew Williamson Fresh Produce of San Diego, Calif., is recalling one lot of organic grape tomatoes sold nationwide under the Limted Edition® and Fresh & Easy labels after one package of Limited Edition® grape tomatoes tested positive for Salmonella.
Product description:
The organic grape tomatoes are sold in 10.5 oz. plastic “clam shell” containers containing UPC code 033383655925, located on the front of the package, below the barcode. The containers also have the words “LIMITED EDITION” and “Product of Mexico” printed on the label. The organic grape tomatoes are also sold in 7 oz. plastic “clam shell” containers with Barcode 20025465, and marketed under the “Fresh & Easy” brand.
