Recall of Pilgrim's Pride Breaded Chicken Wing Products Due to Undeclared Egg Allergen- posted 12.30.10
Pilgrim's Pride, a Boaz, Ala. establishment, is recalling approximately 180,000 pounds of breaded chicken wing products distributed nationwide because they contain egg, a known allergen which is not on the product labels. These products include:
● 20 lb. boxes of "PIERCE CHICKEN UNCOOKED HOT & SPICY BREADED CHICKEN WINGS DRUMMETTES AND WING PORTIONS" with the USDA mark of inspection, each box containing four (4) – five lb. bags.
● 10 lb. boxes of "SWEET GEORGIA BRAND UNCOOKED HOT & SPICY BREADED CHICKEN WINGS 1st AND 2nd SECTIONS" with the USDA mark of inspection, each box containing two (2) – five lb. bags.

Bach Cúc Beef Jerky, Inc., a South El Monte, Calif., establishment is recalling approximately 3,874 pounds of teriyaki beef jerky products distributed nationwide because they contain wheat, which was not included ion the product labels.These products include:
● 8-ounce packages of "BACH CÚC TERIYAKI BEEF JERKY."
● 10-pound cases of "BACH CÚC TERIYAKI BEEF JERKY."
